Here’s what I know about you…
☆ ☆ You are DEEPLY passionate about your art, but it’s not paying the bills
☆ You’ve worked your whole life towards a generic idea of “success” but at the end of the day, you don’t actually feel fulfilled
☆ You’re tired of working in survival jobs that make you feel underappreciated and STILL underpaid
☆ You’re juggling between what feeds your creativity and what actually makes you money.
☆ You feel stuck. Torn between what you “should” do and what you WANT to do in life and not knowing which direction to follow.
☆ You want to wake up feeling energized and excited about the day in front of you.
☆ You’re ready to take your creative life to the next level but you don’t want to go broke in the process.
This is where I come in…
Hi! I'm Katie Gall.
Life Coach & Health Coach
Truth Teller & Keeper of Realness
BACKGROUND
Like all elementary school aged girls in the 90s (and some boys as well), I knew I was going to grow up to be Britney Spears. I could sing. I could dance. How was this not inevitable?
But flash forward to my post-college years in NYC and I find myself slowly discovering the Broadway/Met Opera hopeful lifestyle was not for me.
Being a cog in the Performance Industrial Complex was not why I went into the arts.
I wanted to ENJOY my art again. I wanted to ENJOY sharing it with the world.
I missed being a Big Fish in a Small Pond.
And I was starting to realize I was MORE than my art. I wanted to be a mom, own a home, get married, adopt a dog, AND perform.
Luckily, I had already been building alternative forms of income. I had started two businesses that I could take with me anywhere.
I built multiple Parallel Careers, and I can teach you how to as well.
Finding my Parallel Careers allowed me to create time for my marriage, a family, AND has allowed me to truly enjoy my work in the arts and as a performer.
As a Life Coach, I now help artists like you ALSO build your Ideal Parallel Career.
Testimonial
“Since working with Katie, I have learned to determine what goals I have which are true to myself, versus true to society. She has helped me to weed through expectations I’ve had of myself passed down through generational trauma and morph them into expectations based on my own belief system, geared towards what I hope to achieve in life. Thanks to her, my mental clarity and my ability to exercise my creative drive are improving while I continue to work at being a kick-ass mom and professional.” -Kayt Gagneux
LIFE NOW
As a Life Coach and Health Coach, I work with driven, multi-passionate creatives to build livelihoods they love, drop perfectionism, and stop wasting their limited bandwidth.
☆ I know what it’s like to constantly jump between your job, your passions, your family, your relationships, and everything in between.
☆ I used to be someone who was trying to do everything ALL. THE. TIME. and never taking time to take care of ME. Now, I’ve found balance through boundaries, time management, and putting myself FIRST. All while running not one, but TWO thriving businesses.
This means there is ample time for the maaaany things I care about including (but certainly not limited to):
The insanity of raising two children and many pets
My husband (frequently referred to as “The Hubs”)
My *other* career as a performer and voice teacher (yup! I’m a busy bee!)
Exercise, cooking, meditation, etc.
Getting creative in music, writing, embroidery or whatever strikes my fancy
Time OFF from everything else (to do WHATEVER I want with!)

“Katie is wonderful! I am a voice student and more recently became a health coaching client. She’s able to meet me where I am and make large goals that I’ve struggled with even starting much more approachable, encouraging small and reasonable changes that make an impact over time - I’ve already noticed I’m approaching certain tasks differently through this reframing.
Further, I am thankful for having her as a resource and sounding board to parse through all the “wellness” advice that is marketed today - and how she is able to hold me accountable in a supportive way. At the end of the day, I really enjoy Katie as a person and respect her as a professional in the field I am trying to build my own career (and balance!) in.” - Sarah Flagg
