I believe every woman holds the knowledge of what their body needs within them. But when we are systematically inundated with a negative self-image we learn to ignore our body’s cries. Eventually it breaks down, gives up, and stops communicating. It is up to us to reach out and start talking again.

Everyone has different physical and personal needs, so there is no “one-size-fits-all” diet or lifestyle. I work with different aspects of dietary theories, exercise, and lifestyle choices to discover what works best for YOUR needs. These changes are introduced in small steps over a period of time so you have the chance to work them into your daily routine.
